Divorce Paralegal

AFFORDABLE AND EXPERIENCED DIVORCE PARALEGALS

Arizona Legal Document Services, L.L.C. provides affordable, flat-fee divorce  package rates.

Our package prices include full-service assistance with a divorce  paralegal throughout your case. We prepare all required divorce documents based  on the information you provide, file your documents with the Court, coordinate  service of process when required, track all applicable waiting and response periods,  assist with scheduling hearings when necessary, and deliver documents to your  assigned Judge.

A court filing fee is required and varies depending on the county in which your  case is filed. If you qualify, the filing fee may be deferred or waived by the Court.  As part of our package pricing, we include an Acceptance of Service when  applicable. If the other party refuses or fails to sign the Acceptance of Service,  a process server will be required and is not included in the package fee.

If your divorce case involves minor children, the Court will require both parties to  complete a parenting education class, which is ordered by the Court and is not  included in our package price.

Please scroll down for additional information regarding the divorce processes  available and a detailed breakdown of package pricing.

You will work directly with a divorce paralegal to complete your case. The divorce paralegal is available by email and phone to answer your questions at no additional cost.

With Children $700
Court Filing Fee $331.50 (In Maricopa County)

Summary consent decree divorces are a core part of our practice. We have extensive experience with this process and have successfully completed thousands of summary consent decree cases, allowing us to navigate the requirements efficiently and accurately.

The requirements:
That the parties are in complete agreement on all issues.
Both parties are willing to sign the required documents.

The benefits:
The documents to initiate and complete the case are prepared, signed and submitted at the same time.
Service is not required.

The required 60-day waiting period begins from the date of filing, not the date of service.

The court filing fee is less expensive than the combined separate court filing fee for each party.

Default Decree Process:
$650 court Filing Fee (Depending on County)

This process may be utilized when the parties cannot reach an agreement, the other party refuses to be involved in the process, or the Petitioner cannot locate the other party for service.

We complete this process by scheduling a virtual default hearing.

This process requires multiple steps. We assist you with the entire process until your case is complete.

Consent Decree:
$450 without Children
$550 with Children

Complete Cause by default or consent.

If the parties are not able to reach an agreement before filing, and later do reach an agreement during the process, they may utilize this process. This will require the Petitioner to initiate the case and the Respondent to be served.

This process may also be utilized if the parties have a covenant marriage and agree to dissolve their marriage.

Contested Divorce:
$650 without children
$750 with children

If the Respondent files a response after the Petitioner initiates the case and serves the Respondent, the case is considered a contested divorce. We can assist with contested divorces.

Complete Case Response:
$450 with or without children

Our package price covers up to the first conference with the court. Trial preparation is a separate package.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Filing fees vary depending on the county where you file your documents. You may qualify for a deferral or waiver of your filing fee with the Court.
