Arizona Legal Document Services, L.L.C. provides affordable divorce package rates. Our rates include full service with a divorce paralegal at a low cost. We are also available to answer your questions throughout the process by phone and email at no additional cost. A court filing fee is required, which varies based on the county where you file your case. The filing fee may be deferred or waived, if you qualify. As part of our package rate, we provide an Acceptance of Service. A process server will be required if the other party refuses or fails to sign. If your case involves children, a parenting class will be ordered. Scroll down for additional information on these costs.
